I am proud to say that we participated in the Earth hour last night where in we turned off our lights for 1 hour from 8:30-9:30pm. Our vote for earth against global warming. We went out at around 8pm and headed to Wanchai Harbour with Shiela and there we watched the Hongkong skyline from HK Island to Kowloon Island turn their lights off one by one. It was a cold night with a litle bit of rain.

We stayed at the Harbour for a couple of minutes enjoying the cool breeze. Janna had her way of expressing her vote by doing a noise barrage shouting “eeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhh  ammmmppptttt  arrrrrrrrrr maaaaaaaaaa” as if shouting “Earth hour! Earth Hour!” while banging her rattles to the beat of her chant.

After a while when the rain started to pour, we headed back to the main road and met with Joseph, then we all went to grab dinner.

It was a great peaceful night all in all and hubby & I felt really good having participated the earth hour campaign. 😀
