A few weeks ago, a friend of mine shared to me a site where i can view Korean telenovelas and movies. And so – i started downloading movies from there to keep me entertained while at home (alone). There is this one particular movie that i shared with my husband. Mind you, my husband is not a fan of korean movies or telenovelas, but this particular movie he enjoyed and even begun recommending to his friends. Like last night, we had a visitor, one of his office/college friend, and he offered to have us watch some film – and so this korean movie is what we watched. To my horror 😛 – he was so carried away by the movie that he just laughs out loud and even has this highschool “kilig” with it. His friend, Teen and I just looked at each other and laughed ourselves.

The movie i loved my self too, and as always, i liked the Korean’s sense of humor in their films and how simple their plot is yet still is entertaining. They sure have a great future with film making, so watch out hollywood for these koreans 😀

200 Pounds beauty is the title of the film. It is a romantic comedy. Take note also of the actors because they are really good actors, you’ll be sure to get carried away. They don’t look like overacting even if that’s exactly what they’re doing. They are able to make it so smooth – that i can only admire them.
