2012John’s 2nd “bed-fall” happened just a few minutes ago.
His first was when his yaya left him sleeping on the lower bunk bed without any cushions or support on the side which happened a few months ago.
This time, even with all the pillows, blankets and my bag around the bed, he was able to go pass all those boundaries and crawl over them, landing him on the floor… Face first, i assumed since that is the position he was in when i got to him. I left him sleeping in the middle of our queen size bed, and without any noise, he woke up and made his way towards the edge. I was able to see him on the edge of the bed, but he was already on the floor when i got to him. I wasn’t able to see how he landed or the impact of his fall because my view was obstructed… But he seemed alright other than the redness on his right cheek, thanks to his angel who must’ve caught him. He cried briefly, but mostly credited to my terrified scream than his actual fall.
You gave me a fright little one! I hope no serious harm happened. I needed to pick up his Ate Janna from school, so reluctantly, i left him with his yaya. I’m experiencing this tormenting feeling of wanting to stay with John but also looking forward to seeing my little lady Janna.
… Oh mother! …
